B: Implement a policy of transparency with audit system

Vision: We will create a financial oversight committee for routine audits.

Discussion: The general assembly, at the request of the Itoe administration, approved the creation of a financial oversight committee to provide audit and advisory support to the financial team.

Action items: The Fote administration will move quickly to put this team in place, if it is not already functional by the time the administration takes office. This team will do routine audits of SOBA America’s finances and the results will be published in the appropriate website portal for SOBANS to see.
