A: Commission the research and writing of a factual book/documentary on the history of SOBA America

Vision: Immortalize the rich history of SOBA America for the ages, by sanctioning a book based on factual historical information about SOBA America.

Discussion: SOBA America has a rich history spanning 28 years. We are blessed that the major players and pillars in our history are still alive, well and of sharp mind today. As time goes by, memories will fade, and archives will disappear. We run a risk of losing our rich and storied history. We need to immortalize this history, so our children and grandchildren will someday study the history and know the story of SOBA America…from its inception until now. It will be a huge project that will require lots of interviews and research. It needs to be done.The Itoe administration had already conceptualized this, and Dr. Fote had been commissioned by President Itoe to lead this project. HE has already worked on a blueprint and timeline for the project.

Action items: The Fote administration will follow the blueprint and modify the timeline developed by Dr. Fote and work to see this come to fruition.
