B: Updates on the Policies and Procedures Manual

Vision: We will make our Policies and Procedures manual more comprehensive to ensure robust modus operandi for SOBA America that will be the backbone of our association for generations to come.

Discussion: Together with President Itoe, Dr. Fote worked tirelessly to create a blueprint for the organizational functioning of SOBA America that is designed to transcend generations and create a stable structural foundation for the functioning of SOBA America. This initiative of the Itoe administration is vital to the long-term success and strength of SOBA America. We need to continue to update and improve as times change, so that the needs of SOBA America are always met.

Action items: We will update the policies and procedures manual to include guidelines for key important events such as protocol for final goodbye for a fallen SOBAN, financial operational structure, our new mentorship and scholarship program for SOBANS here in the USA and Canada, and much more.
