Inclusion: (2) Grow SOBA America

Create new chapters where feasible:

 
Vision: We will create new chapters where there is a concentration of SOBANS as part of our growth initiative.

Discussion: The Itoe administration has worked hard to grow SOBA America. We have created three new chapters, including Carolinas which I have been blessed to lead as chapter president, Oklahoma which has a lot of younger SOBANS, and Arizona. We are already working on creating chapters in California and Delaware.

Action items: The Fote administration will continue this growth initiative. We will continue the groundwork in California and Delaware to see that those chapters come to life. We will work hard to support them in their infancy and growth, as well as the other new chapters. We will continue to evaluate the association and work to grow more chapters. We need more chapters in Canada. London, Canada is an area that we will work to create a chapter. We will also look at possibilities in NY/NJ and other areas.
