SOBA America Cares Initiative:

Vision: We will build a personal connection between SOBA America and SOBANS to show thoughtfulness and care.

Discussion: Research shows that people feel a strong positive impact when they get a sense that their organization, employers, etc. care about them.Simple gestures such as a personal birthday or anniversary greeting go a long way to show that care.

Action Items: SOBA America will send personalized birthday and wedding anniversary greetings to SOBANS who share that information by registering on the website portal. We will send out a survey request at the beginning of the Fote administration to get this information. It will be confidential and used solely for communication with the individual SOBANS.
