Vision: We will create a culture of networking among SOBANS.

Discussion: SOBA America is blessed with talent across the US and Canada. We have SOBANS who are successful in different areas, all over the globe. We need to take advantage of this and look out for each other. There is no reason why a SOBAN should struggle in an area where there are other SOBANS who have succeeded and can help. We need to look out for each other – make that phone call to help a fellow SOBAN etc.

Action items: We will take advantage of the platform that our current administration has already put in place. We will encourage SOBANS to register on the website, so their information shall be in the membership portal. We will encourage SOBANS to take advantage of this platform and reach out. We will also periodically highlight successes of SOBANS in different areas, especially SOBANS in positions of influence so SOBANS can be aware.  We will implement innovative initiatives such as development of a SOBA America App (see innovation platform) that will make access easier, thereby helping facilitate the growth and development of a new culture of networking among SOBANS.
