Celebrate Each Other Initiative - Awareness and motivation.

 
Vision: We will create a culture of celebrating each other by highlighting the success of SOBANS in different walks of life.

Discussion: SOBA America, and SOBA, is blessed with tremendous talent and success across many fields. We need to celebrate each other to serve as motivation to other SOBANS. By lifting each other up, we will make a difference in the lives of many SOBANS.

Action items: Our press office/publicity secretary will be charged with leading our outreach effort to encourage SOBANS to share their stories and successes. We will work with chapter presidents and class groups to create a channel of constant communication, so that such success stories can easily be shared. We will share these stories on our website, SOBA magazine and other social media outlets.
